Khao Kaeng” means home-style cooking in Thai. The art of our cooking is the combination of tastes, sweet, sour and salty, that makes Thai food tasty. Our Khao Khang is healthy without MSG, artificial colors and preservative.
Tom Yum Paste is a blend of traditional Thai herbs that make the authentic clear Thai broth, Tom Yum soup - a distinct hot and sour flavour. The paste can be added to noodleds soup, stir fried rice and your favourate meat as well.
Cooking Steps:
1. To create an authentic Thai curry for 4 servings, heat 2 tbps of oil in a wok together with 25g of paste (or to taste).
2. Add 300g of meat or vegetable of your choice and simmer gently with 400ml of coconut milk.
3. Season with fish sauce and palm sugar before serving. Garnish with fresh basil leaves. Serve with steamed rice of noodles.

調理手順:
1.中華鍋に油 (大さじ2) を熱し、このペースト (25g)を加えてタイ伝統カレーを作ります(4人前)。
2.お好みの肉または野菜(300g)と、ココナッツミルク(400ml)を加えて、優しく煮込みます。
3.盛り付ける前に、ナムプラーとパームシュガー(ヤシ糖)で味付けをして下さい。新鮮なバジルの葉を飾り、ごはんや麺とお召し上がりください。
